Every piece that comes through our warehouse gets the same process. No exceptions.

We get it off the truck and measure the box. The designer’s name and project go on it right away. Then we unbox the item, set the box aside, and inspect for damages before it ever gets wrapped back up.

From there it goes into our software. Vendor info, item name, measurements, photos of the box and the item itself. Everything logged before it’s stored.

Designers can see exactly what’s in their project, down to the photo, before it ever goes out.
